Bude napsat vic zitra (manjelka bude doma pro pomoc cestina!), ale pro otazka "Co tedy znamen: society pay the bill for the additional embodied energy"?

Quarrying, fabrication, distribution (import) and demolition/disposal of heavy energy materials such as concrete, steel, Rockwool, prefabricated wood articles such as OSB and laminates all consist of enormous environmental costs which are not paid by the owner of the PassivHaus. Our economy is based on subsidized oil (Who pays for the Iraq oil war? Not the Concrete companies and Rockwool corp. Not the owner of the Passivhaus!) and the environmental costs are saved for future generations... (if we are able to produce any, as our low sperm counts is a direct consequence of our pollution!). ...and what about the right for future generations to have oil?

Simply put:
Yes, German Passivhaus standards saves energy costs during the life span of the house.
No, it does not save energy for the society, when LCA including disposal are viewed (50 year lifespan)
Yes, it is an attractive way for some architects, engineers and homeowners to feel they do the right thing.
No, it is not easy to look in-depth and go against the marketing forces.
Yes, it is easy to make a passive house which also is good for society as well as the owner. Look at progressive architecture www.atelierwernerschmidt.ch or a more pragmatic approac: www.strohhaus.de  (But, yes for Czech Architects/Engineers to learn this they do have to be able to learn from abroad).
