By the way, I wouldn't compare passive house standards with asbestos issues, 
it is like comparing apples and houses. Comparing asbestos issues and eg. 
formaldehyde OSB mentioned in the article makes much more sense. 

Btw, house in the article was definitely not made according to basic and 
simple (Czech) building standards. Brick veneer cavity was only 1 inch thin, 
which is far less then is in our norms, and moreover it wasn't ventilated 
using holes in the bottom and top sides. This is just wrong for any kind of 
house.
