Tsk, tsk, Daniel, I think you're forgetting to read your mails?

Answer is again: Jarda Krsnak from jamiprojekt.cz can make this for you.

Ahoj,

Yes, 10.000 kc is a lot when we don't have them, but here's a little explanation about the fee from one of his clients:
Ing. Jaroslav Krsnak has now been involved in getting our permit for more than 1,8 years. He has had to pay a hydro-geolog, been here for several visits, among other to try to make the old neighbour woman understand that the reed-bed system is not dangerous to her drinking water, he has been dealing with numerous requests by the local building and water authority, and he has redrawn the system to not include black water.
-It turned out that the rules in C.R. are more crazy than in any other European countries (Shouldn't come as a surprise; I've been here 11 years!), that if the reed-bed cleaning system also cleans black water, then the water can not be used in the garden, which is a central issue which we want to demonstrate.
Our process has been extra long as the neighbor complained to Olomouc Kraj (who took their time). The Kraj said the project was OK, but that the Litovel building office had made a formal mistake (again), so the whole process had to be redone. Then the neighbor asked to have their own Hydro-Geolog statement, which again meant that Krsnak and his hydro geologist had to comment on it....and we're still waiting for a reply, and for 2nd year not having a functioning system!

Add to this the time Krsnak has to spend on knowing the laws, his office rent, communication costs...
All in all I can't complain about the price of the project.

Zdravim,
Ing. Max Vittrup Jensen

Hello Max,

Thanks for your reply. Next week I plan to visit our Building Authority and WaterSupplement Authority, so I will see how they looks on this and it they even know that Composting toilets do exist.
I will ask them also about Reedbed cleaning system, what conditions for building such system they have.
About half year ago I contacted Mr. Krsnak about Septik, but he said that project for Septic will cost about 10 000Kč, this is bloody expensive for me.

Cheers

David

Ahoj David,

Only question we have ever received from building office is about which
type/brand of composting toilet it is.
I suggest you simply write a company name and website in your project, and
you should be fine, even if you make your own bucket system afterwards.

This said, it is important to show in the building project a good solution
for the grey water, either a zumpa, septik or korenovky.

Jarda Krsnak from jamiprojekt.cz can make this for you.

Ahoj,

udělal separátor, by šla spolu s ostatními vodami "šedé vody" do nějaké
rákosové nebo kořenové malé čističky.

Potřebuju na to nějaké speciální projekty nebo certifikáty? Nějak se mi
nedaří nic pořádného k tomu na internetu najít..

Děkuji

David
