 Yes; Outside Czech it's well known that microscopic fibres of     rocks/glass are not healthy in your house or lungs; that mineral     wool is one of the preferred materials for growing plants as fungi     thrive in it, and that it has a quite low fire resistance.
 
 Unfortunately, in Czech Republic, the corporate sponsorship     initiated soon after 1989 of institutions such as CVUT and VUT, as     well as conferences such as Sustainable Building in Central Europe     and Zdrave Domy, has served very well to intellectually bribe both     previous and present generation of Czech Architects/engineers.  
 
 You are quite right about choosing cellulose; A fine harmless     product, be it for energy consumption during production, during the     life time of it's use as insulation and afterwards; can even     compost.
 It's praised by the Danish Union of insulators; same union which     proved that Rockwool is carcinogenic; unfortunately proven through     death and disease of many Danish insulators...
