Auch...   Seems to be language confusion; I thought it meant 
'fire-proof' ! :-!

My reaction should be seen in light from spending Friday at a fine new 
straw bale house in Prerov, where unfortunately the owner had made some 
very strange electrical installations, simply because the electrician 
was afraid of mounting the electrical boxes in the straw bale walls 
plastered with earth plaster.
The owner instead mounted the electrical boxes on top of the plaster and 
covered the front with some wooden boards, which looks less than elegant!
I see this detail as yet another example of people being scared of 
building SB houses as how it's done in other countries, trying to invent 
fixes, where in reality fixes are not needed. In this case it's proven 
many times that it takes oxygen to burn, so the box is safe in the 
straw. And my point was that if it's such a worry then place the box in 
a 'pocket' of plaster.

I apologize the initial joke; don't know what's the easiest solution to 
the language issue? Making me learn Czech, or simply make this list 
english only ? :o)
