I'd like to apologize, as I've been informed that there's no Czech (Slovak) producers of such VAKUOVYMI KOLEKTORY, and that most so-called producers in fact buy them from producers in China. It is well beyond my area of expertise.
I'm sorry for my fast negative reply.

However my general approach is to try to go as low-tech as possible. I learned construction in the 90'ies where all of the 'thermo' windows in Denmark (which had been installed in the 70'ies) were being installed. The new hit is 'energy windows' with argon; they insulate as well as a good insulated wall, however when they start leaking they cause immense damage to the ozon layer.
I don't know about life span of thermo-tube solar collectors (though I have a M.Sc. degree in Environmental Management, including lots of studies in LCA (life cycle assessment), then I don't subscribe to the data-bases where their lifespans are stated...)

Our choice has been to buy 6 roof integrated panels (1x2 meter) which are made in Slovakia (Thermo-Solar). They may not keep their vacuum seal forever, however no damage is done to the ozon layer, as it's only a question of air entering the collectors, and they become less effective. They are made suitable low-tech that it's possible for most people to repair them.
...Anyone know how to repair a vacuum collector?  Not me...

I understand the issue of saving money, and that there's unfair profit margin taken by Czech companies. However I personally do not believe that ordering Chinese products is a solution for the problem; I believe it's enlarging the problem.
