Prosim vas; Remember to think about Ergonomi and effectivity. Earth work is heavy work and if we should look further than owner builders, we have to learn from industry. 
Earth plaster Noe Solsana now has 2 mixers mounted on his spray machine, so one can be constantly emptied, while the other gets filled. 
Personally I still do fine with just one commercial mixer, but think about the levels of lifting, and always avoid lifting a shovel of earth higher than your hips: On the attached .jpg you see how at 'Prirodni Dum' we use terrain changes and a commercial mixer to save our backs. This way the work is not only for big 'kulturiste': On the photo you see my wife Radka mixing a dry mix for earth floors.
I'm sorry; I fully respect Marek Vlcek and other people using bread dough 
mixers, but I don't believe it is a sufficient effective and ergonomic 
solution if the aim is to continue working for years. And for the 
owner-builder I recommend simply mixing by dancing feet.

If you have to lift high try to consider investing in a small convey belt: 
Danish brick layer assistants has to use such belt for putting sand into a 
normal cement mixer!
