[Ekodum] 'Zapis ze schuze Ekodomu' ..nebo vic manipulace ze Marton/Brotanek?

To those of you who just received the so called 'Zapis ze schuze Ekodomu', from the one-way ekodum yahoo list: I have to make you aware that it is more a product of the manipulaitions of Marton/Brotanek than the reality. Please see the truth below.

Two times before the meeting, Marton/Brotanek and Navratil had received mails saying we could not discuss the ESBG at this meeting. Last time was this mail:

Chtěli bychom poděkovat všem, kteří odpověděli a nabídli svou pomoc nebo napsali, ve které dny se na ESBG můžou objevit.

Jak bylo vidět z předchozích e-mailů, organizační tým shledává kroky Aleše Brotánka nevhodnými. Snažili jsme se to vyřešit, ale nakonec jsme došli k tomu, že téma ESBG nebude dále prezentováno ani diskutováno žádnými členy týmu ESBG na schůzce o.s. Ekodům 14.2. v Praze.

Stále platí, že máme zájem o případné přednášky členů Ekodomu na páteční slaměné konferenci (její organizace se zatím řeší, dáme vám vědět). Stejně tak několik z nás dorazí na setkání sdružení Ekodům kvůli tomu, abychom se konečně potkali osobně a mohli se pobavit například o Dni otevřených dveří.

A konečně by nám pomohlo, kdyby někdo z těch, kteří mohou, přeposlali českou pozvánku na ESBG do diskuzní skupiny Ekodům na Yahoo Groups. Ve zbytku Evropy vyšla pozvánka už prvního února a je škoda, že zrovna v ČR nabírá zpoždění.

Even though then they did not tell anyone that this meeting was not about the ESBG and they continued to pretend that they had not been informed.

Please keep this in mind for the following:
1. Řešení způsobu, jakým lze pomoci setkání ESBG 2011, které se bude pořádat v ČR. Max Jensen připomenul, že Ekodům byl s nabídkou spolupráce osloven již před
rokem, avšak bez větší odezvy.
Correct: Ekodum ignores the biggest European (likely world) event for straw bale building. To the extend that Brotanek at the meeting said he don't even know what ESBG is...  Not impressive, but symptomatic as Brotanek doesn't speak English and don't do any international networking. He simply makes a career out of re-inventing straw bale building, and so far has added nothing to improvement or legalisation of straw bale building internationally or nationally.

2. Aleš Brotánek dodal, že se spoluprací s Maxem jsou špatné zkušenosti a připomněl události kolem loňského setkání na ČVUT ohledně tématu energií svázaných v materiálech. Dodal, že tato schůze slouží ke hledání cest, jak pomoci organizaci ESBG, ne jak Ekodům bude s Permalotem na přípravě přímo spolupracovat.
This is not what was initially said: I was making everyone aware that Ekodum o.s. is not a legally functioning obcanske sdruzeni, and that I view that the past 4 years it has developed into simply a promotion agency for Brotanek, his assistent and their biggest customer. I suggested they stopped their hierarchical manipulating structure and rather opened up for an inclusive transparent structure.  I pointed out that this is what Permakultura Associace (CS) had just adapted, and that the model is available at www.slemenestavitelstvi.cz. The Ekodum board felt very dis-comfortable about this. I went on to point out that for years Ekodum had been ignoring their own by-laws, that at the last official annual meeting (2 years ago) they ignored to include the Ekodum event which took place at PermaLot (allowed by Brotanek). According to the by-laws PermaLot is the Eastern training center for Ekodum o.s.
I further pointed out the scandale manipulation which Brotanek continued to carry out in 2010 at CVUT, aimed at green washing passive house standards and promoting his private business. I had made very clear that  under such conditions I would not participate and that they should not include the use of PermaLot o.s. for promotion. Despite of this they continued to do so with this motivation by Brotanek: "Pokud nedorazíš, omluvíme tě pro náhlou nevolnost a bude tě asi muset někdo z fakulty stavební zastoupit?"  -To his direct question about this manipulation he was answered a clear "NO", which also at that time didn't stop him, just like this Ekodum meeting.

2. Max Jensen informuje o konferenci v rámci ESBG a grantu, podle nějž se bude odvíjet téma a také výběr lektorů.
This is also not true. I repeatedly explained that this meeting was not about ESBG. I did say that part of the reason why, was that this was too early; the ESBG team still have to reach agreement about various issues, and we were waiting to hear if a grant was accepted.

Not correct. Only 'Legal residential homes by straw bales'

Další diskuze o pomoci ESBG se nesla v nekonstruktivním duchu, převážně kvůli vnášení jiných témat.
Not true: The reason why was that before the meeting the Ekodum rada had been directly informed that this meeting was not about ESBG. I continued to make them aware of the need for Ekodum to be inclusive, making people aware that the list I'm writing to now is not a list of Ekodum o.s., the list which they control is only open for Brotanek/Marton/Navratil to promote events which they like: As example: All of Europe got to know about the possibility to buy tickets for ESBG 3 weeks before Marton informed the Czechs; he only did so because of our pressure.

3. K ESBG nevznikl žádný konkrétní závěr, zůstává možnost nabídnout individuálně své síly organizátorům, jak se již děje.
It is very correct that at a meeting which is not about the ESBG, there can be not conclusions. (best conclusion would be for Brotanek/Marton to stop manipulating with their mailing list).

Aleš Brotánek představuje začátky Ekodomu, důvod vzniku a důvod fungování.
Shouldn't it be mentioned that one of the founding members pointed out that it is not functioning? And directly requested that as a minimum Jan Marton leaves the board as a consequence of the repeat public manipulation.

2. Martina Čížková se představuje jako člověk, který by se měl v budoucnu v Ekodomu více angažovat pro organizaci jeho chodu. Informuje o dvou vzdělávacích grantech, které podala. Týkají se pořádání přednášek, exkurzí a besed na téma ekologického stavění.
Here it would be natural to mention that the good work of Martina only benefits Praha Kraj, that no-one (besides rada) knew about the work going on and that her cooperation was is limited to Marton/Brotanek, and as such was doing double work and creating competition within the organizations members and bylaws...

3. Mojmír Hudec navrhnul jako aktivitu Ekodomu pořádání dnů otevřených dveří na stavbách.

Not quite true: What Hudec really said was 'Open doors like what PermaLot o.s. is arranging together with the ESBG; it should be done on a national base, just like there's a national 'open door at passive houses'.

4. Jan Márton vyzdvihnul potenciál Ekodomu být sdružením propojujícím další občanská sdružení která pracují na tématech týkajících se přírodě přátelského stavění. Dokládá to i složení účastníků setkání.
A direct lie. This was said by 'Max Vittrup Jensen', as a response that the current grant applications which she had made (secretly to the members of Ekodum), was at times conflicting with PermaLot's activities (The Easter training center of Ekodum), and at worst doing double work: Jan Fronek and the ESBG team has made the most complete list of straw bale houses in CZ for free; no point in Martina seeking funding for doing the same only for Praha region? Silly.

Připomněl, že Ekodům byl založen pro poskytování profesionálních informací. Zdůraznil, že pokud by se Martina pustila do práce, během několika měsíců by zřejmě byla schopna se prací pro Ekodům i uživit, protože zájem veřejnosti i architektů a projektantů o relevantní informace z oboru je velký.
This is true, however if all was arranged as open code through a set-up as www.slamenystavitelstvi.cz, then it would prevent this information to be manipulated into first of all promoting and arranging contracts for Brotanek & Co.

5. Pro podporu práce Martiny Čížkové byla založena pracovní skupina s lidmi z různých sdružení – Petr Skořepa, Jan Růžička, Aleš Dorazil, Lucie Henzlová
This is the last lie on the list: The attempt of Brotanek was to include Petr Skorepa as representative of PermaLot o.s. I objected, clarifying that it is true that Petr Skorepa is supposed to be the 'communicator' to CZ/SK about the ESBG 2011, however he is not a representative of PermaLot o.s; he is not even a member, and don't know much about our activities. Despite PermaLot being founding members of Ekodum, being the Eastern training center, we were not allowed to be represented in the group. There was not a legal decision about it, as everything in Ekodum is simply decided by Brotanek and Co.

Last but none-the-least: Dear Jan Marton, Here is my mail from 22 Apr 2009  which you seem to have ignored completely:

If you want to master the art of manipulation, I strongly suggest you take your infantile practises elsewhere: I'm able to document so many lies/manipulations between the mail below and our correspondence, that I'd be able to take you to court any time.

You should really be ashamed.

PSS: Ekologické stavebnictví <ekodum AT fsv.cvut.cz> has about 350 subscribers and the Yahoo group controlled by MArton/Brotanek and Navratil has about 650...
